About vIVEKA
Hi! I’m Viveka
I built a global personal brand, wrote bestselling books, led and exited a tech and training company, and spoke on stages around the world. My work has appeared in Forbes, Fast Company, CNN, Inc., and Entrepreneur.
And still, I reached the point many accomplished women 50+ know well. The place where success no longer feels like enough. Where the title fits less. Where the next chapter matters more.
Now I guide women 50+ who are leaving corporate or moving beyond their first act in a digital, AI-powered world. Women who are bored, burned out, or being pushed out, but refuse to fade out.
I advise them on how to get clear, build momentum, and use the right tech so they can turn their experience into traction, visible authority, and a business that fits who they are now.
No ageism. No starting over energy. No noise.
This work is about amplifying your wisdom, using technology with confidence, and creating a business that reflects the life you want now.
who i work with …
My clients are accomplished women, often 50 and beyond, who have built serious careers, businesses, reputations, and expertise.
They are not starting from zero. But they are standing at a real crossroads.
Some are leaving corporate.
Some are evolving beyond a successful first business.
Some are tired of doing work that no longer fits the life they want now.
What they have in common is this:
They know they have value.
They do not want to disappear.
They want income, impact, authority, and freedom without becoming a full-time tech manager or content machine.
They need a clearer business model, stronger positioning, visible authority, and the right support to move forward.
That wording is sharper, more current, and much more monetizable.
how we work together…
I combine four things most women in this stage need, but rarely find in one place:
Identity transition, so you can move beyond the title and into what is next
Business strategy, so your experience becomes a clear offer and business model
Visibility infrastructure, so people can understand, trust, and find your value
Practical tech fluency, so AI, LinkedIn, and the right tools support your business instead of overwhelming it
This is not reinvention from scratch. It is a smarter use of everything you already know.
what my work has taught me
I firmly believe that women’s words and wisdom will change the world.
For years, I built businesses at the intersection of visibility, technology, training, and strategy. I ran a successful LinkedIn training company, co-founded a software company, worked with senior leaders and Fortune 500 teams, and built a brand that opened doors around the world.
That experience taught me something I now see again and again in the women I work with:
Deep expertise does not automatically become traction.
Experience does not automatically become a business.
And smart women do not need more noise. They need a clearer path.
That is why my work now sits at the intersection of business strategy, visible authority, and practical tech fluency.
I do not just mentor women through a transition. I advise them on how to package, position, and grow what they already know in today’s digital business environment.
A Little About Me…
I’m Canadian 🇨🇦 ! (And American 🇺🇸)
I became a hang glider pilot at 15 AND it was my 55-yr old (at the time) dad who got me into it!
I got my Master’s in Cultural Studies and started my Ph.D. in Women’s Studies (until my advisor told me my lack of ability to deal with University politics meant I didn’t have much of a future.)
I wrote my first (unpublished) sci-fi novel at 17, and was first published at 45
I was born a Countess (until I married my husband - thanks Alan)
I own a home in Colorado and Costa Rica (Blue Zone, Baby!)
I married at 50 for the first time (even though a previous boss said I was more likely to get hit by lightning 🥹. Eff YOU Doug!)
I literally COULD do underwater basket weaving. (My mom taught me how to weave baskets and was pretty renowned for it in her later years + scuba diving.)
