You start in the Visibility Infrastructure OS, which gives us a working draft to edit live. We rebuild it in session. We name your point of view, the myths in your industry you should be challenging, and the three signature frameworks that become yours.
Month two is the LinkedIn rebuild. Headline, banner, About, Featured, Experience, Skills. Top to bottom. Not cosmetic. Architectural. Your profile starts doing the job your old profile was never written to do, which was to convert a stranger into a strategy call.
By the end of month two you are publishing. Two posts a week. Monday strategic, Thursday observational. The rhythm you can actually keep.
Phase Two. Months Three and Four. Substack and Content Engine.
Month three we launch your Substack. Publication name, editorial focus, positioning, your first three articles. This is where your IP starts compounding instead of disappearing into client calls and stage talks no one ever published.
Month four is the AI workflow. The one I run on my own business. One hour of recorded teaching becomes a Substack article, a LinkedIn newsletter issue, multiple LinkedIn posts, and a handful of Substack notes. In your voice, not generic AI voice. You learn the workflow so you can run it without me.

The AI piece gets real here. We build out custom workflows specifically calibrated for your IP, your voice, and your business. A custom Claude project or GPT trained on your work.
